Tsys Merchant Agreement

Tsys Merchant Agreement

As mentioned elsewhere, TSYS has a legal agreement with CardFellow that allows it to offer certified offers through our marketplace. TSYS offers via CardFellow meet all our requirements, including a true pass-through pricing model and no cancellation fees. CardFellow supports all processors that offer certified offerings, and TSYS is no exception. If you choose to work with TSYS through CardFellow, you will have a dedicated representative at TSYS and can also contact CardFellow if you have any questions or concerns. TSYS has been operating in the CardFellow market for several years and has an excellent track record, as you can see in the reviews. I would never recommend this merchant processing company to anyone. After the initial setup, I didn`t hear anything from my representative at all. If your company`s main hook line is “Well, we`re cheaper.” should have told me everything I needed to know. I would never recommend this business to a business owner (small or large). Get square. It`s much easier to manage and I promise you`ll have fewer headaches. Here`s how it works: This processor has signed a legal agreement with CardFellow that allows us to ensure that the offers it offers through CardFellow use only the most transparent and competitive prices and conditions. There are no hidden fees, cancellation fees, staggered prices, or any other nonsense that this crazy industry has invented.

There are only the most competitive prices and conditions you will ever see. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about my business relationship with TSYS. There were a lot of red flags on their merchant services based on my interactions with the account manager. He wasn`t able to answer many questions and seemed to have a very vague idea of what he was marketing. After reviewing my current service, I decided to try TSYS. Such a mistake. Their customer service is terrible (one of their customer service representatives hung me up during a phone call), I had to make multiple calls because there was always something wrong with the device I was using, and even worse, there are a lot of hidden fees in the system that I was never informed of. I received a monthly fee that would cover my services just to find additional fees in my bank account I am about to break off my business relationship with TSYS and I would never recommend this merchant service to anyone else.

TSYS issues merchant accounts and can set them up to accept credit cards in the most convenient way for you and your customers. You can take credit cards with traditional point-of-sale or counter credit card devices, with your smartphone or tablet, or through your website. TSYS also offers a virtual terminal if you need to accept cards over the phone or if you prefer to simply use your computer instead of a dedicated credit card device. Businesses have the option to leave a tip when they sign the credit card receipt. Customers have argued over being overcharged. If a customer leaves a tip, they will be charged twice for their entire order. We contacted Tsys and they said it was a bug in the system and now they have an update. This made merchants look bad and they had to take their time to reimburse customers. There are 8 TSYS reviews on Yelp, overall a 1.5 star rating. One rating is 5 stars and the others are 1 star. The 5-star rating praises the company for its wonderful service, knowledgeable sales representatives, and easy-to-read monthly billing.

Negative reviews complain about disabling devices without warning, long wait times for customer service, ever-increasing fees, and difficulty closing accounts. They are rude and don`t care about solving the problem. The shop has been closed for 5 months. TSYS still operates auto pay customers. I finally took matters into my own hands, I called, the director told me that she had migraines and that there was nothing she could do about it. I ask about her manager and she tells me they`re not there. They don`t mind putting you and your business at legal risk. The specific characteristics of machines and POS systems vary depending on the make and model. .
