Their customer service is terrible (one of their customer service representatives hung me up during a phone call), I had to make multiple calls because there was always something wrong with the device I was using, and even worse, there are a lot of hidden fees in the system that I was never informed of. I received a monthly fee that would cover my services just to find additional fees in my bank account I am about to break off my business relationship with TSYS and I would never recommend this merchant service to anyone else.

They are rude and don`t care about solving the problem. The shop has been closed for 5 months. TSYS still operates auto pay customers. I finally took matters into my own hands, I called, the director told me that she had migraines and that there was nothing she could do about it. I ask about her manager and she tells me they`re not there. They don`t mind putting you and your business at legal risk.
